That's certainly an entertaining story, and there is probably a grain or two of truth behind it. I'm sure there are bottom feeders out there who prey on the less initiated. A stock market is nothing more than a big betting parlour, as long a the true value of a company is not a factor in setting the stock price (IMO).
What concerns me about this story is the guy's typing skills. If I was paid to sit in front of a computer all day and bash out stuff that would get people's attention, I would eventually learn to type, or at least edit my work to get the spaces in the right places.
I learned to type in high school (or is it skool) because it was an alternative to taking a second gym class (and I'm naturally non-athletic). My content may be trash, but at least the letters are in the right order.
