Sheldon Inwentash, B.Comm., CA., CPA., LL.D

Founder, Chairman and CEO

As Founder, Chairman and CE0, Mr. Inwentash is responsible for formulating a comprehensive strategic vision and setting the direction for ThreeD Capital.

Mr. Inwentash has more than 30 years of investing experience. He co-founded Visible Genetics, the first commercial pharmacogenomics company, in 1994 and exited in 2001 to Bayer. Through two decades leading Pinetree Capital, Mr. Inwentash created significant shareholder value through early investments in Queenston Mining (acquired by Osisko Mining Corp. for $550-million), Aurelian Resources (acquired by Kinross for $1.2-billion) and Gold Eagle Mines (acquired by Goldcorp for $1.5-billion) to name a few.

Sheldon obtained his B.Comm from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. In 2007, he was an Ontario finalist for the Ernst & Young entrepreneur of the year award. In 2012, Sheldon received an honorary degree, doctor of laws (LL.D) from the University of Toronto for his valuable leadership as an entrepreneur, his philanthropy, and inspirational commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and their families.

Lynn Chapman, CPA, CA

Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Chapman is a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada (Alberta) with over 13 years of experience in international business in various industries with disciplines in finance, accounting, and financial reporting under IFRS. He has over 10 years of experience as a Controller and/or Chief Financial Officer with Canadian public companies with international operations. Mr. Chapman is the managing director of Lancaster Capital Advisory Corp., where he and his team provide business management, accounting, financial reporting and advisory support to a number of publicly-listed issuers on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Stock Exchange, and the NEO Exchange as well as to non-listed companies. Currently, Mr. Chapman also acts as the Chief Financial Officer of ROK Resources Inc. (TSXV:ROK).

MATT DAVIS, CPA

Controller

Mr. Davis is a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada (Alberta) with extensive experience in international business, corporate finance, accounting, and financial reporting. He graduated with honours from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. Mr. Davis started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Calgary, Canada where he worked as an auditor of both public and private companies. He currently serves as a director at Lancaster Capital Advisory Corp., where he provides accounting and advisory support to a number of publicly-listed issuers and to non-listed companies looking to become publicly-listed

Jakson Inwentash

Director

Mr. Inwentash is also a senior analyst at ThreeD, where he leads the trading of cryptocurrencies and focuses on identifying, researching, and meeting with early stage companies in various disruptive industries. Previously, he worked in investment banking for Gravitas Securities Inc. where he conducted due diligence of public and private companies, built marketing materials for clients, and developed financial models. Jakson also worked for the Bank of Montreal in several departments within the Wealth Management line of business including ETF Products, Fundamental Equities, Private Banking, and InvestorLine.

Mr. Inwentash graduated summa cum laude from the University of Miami with a Major in Finance. He has passed all three levels of the CFA Program.
