It appears T-C wants to have a look at SPQ/KWG's data as it becomes available. This would allow them to be the most up to date on exploration developments as they happen. T-C is reported to have lots of cash on hand and are actively seeking acquisions. The more they know first, the quicker they can put together an offer and with the best of information in hand (doing their own geo-modeling) If what they learn via such an agreement is really good stuf they could attempt to scoup up any Jr in the area that has similar preliminary geophysics ect., and cheaply. Then a quick study and drills to go, check the suspected best anomolies. If a good strike then rapidly on to development.... otherwise drop the property and go to the next best....
