Once Cliffs is done gobbling up SPQ and some of KWG ..I wonder what they would think about being a minority partner in our JV...short term they probably aren't even thinking about it...longer term I would think they would want to take out UC's position. Perhaps it is not on their radar screen at this point but I would think it will surface in next 12 months. Just my opinion.
