Right now they are a JV partner and I think it is nothing but good. There is no doubt that Cliffs is going to be looking into a railroad, infrastructure in order to acces their deposits. Not a bad partner to have in the immediate area. Right now I think Cliffs have all they can handle. Worst case scenario is that they try to take you out at a higher SP. I don't think they will mind having Jim as a partner with the experienxe he has in the area.

All in all it is a win win scenario.
