Hi...I was thinking the same thing, but I believe (someone please correct me if I am wrong) it all has come down to 'timing' (or shall we say- bad timing).

Jim/UC needs the $ very shortly for the RoF options & who knows where the SP will be over the next few weeks.

I hate to see more shares, but I have a feeling it will be worth it in 12 months time.....we'll see a spike in SP with the gold production and the RoF will be taking off next year with govt', majors & FN's all working together (IMHO).
