Why?? Why are you not expecting any news until next month??

It takes as long as it takes to get the optimum recoveries. Even with experienced milling specialists it is still a trial and error procedure...every process is different because the inputs are always different.....no 2 deposits are exactly alike.

Even after commercial production is declared the process will be continually tweeked. It is a trial and error procedure.

At a large mining complex like Vale in Sudbury, the company employes a team of metalurgists in a department called Process Technology. It is their responsibility to constantly tweek the process to get better and better recoveries.

In this case I understand that changes have been made to the process that necessitated a shutdown over the Christmas break and those changes are still being implemented.

Jim will not declare commercial production untill several consecutive periods of profitability are achieved. This does not mean that there will be no news during that time.
