I appreciate your analogy Blister but it seems to me you are comparing apples and oranges.

NOT has a great deposit but it is in the middle of nowhere and without any infrastructure. It will be many many years before it is being hauled out of the ground.

UC on the other hand has several irons in the fire.

At La Yeska they have a mill that is in the final stages of commissioning and will very soon declare commercial production. Inspite of being rather remote in the mountains of Mexico they have a road to the door and electricity. They are not that far from a city of 8 million....Guadalajara. There is a year round landing strip just outside of La Yeska.

On the same property they have the old mine workings on Xora and the gold veins run right through their property. It is now just a matter of time before they hit the veins with the drill.

Also they are now 55% owners of the UC/Cliffs/KWG JV in te JBL. On their claims they have the original VMS copper discoveries made by Neil Novak and Spider Resources. If you look at the claim map of McFaulds you will see that they have one of the largest land holdings.

When investors wake up to the fact that UC will be cash flow positive very soon, the stock will move. The only thing that will move the NOT SP is speculation.

These are 2 very different investments.
