I may not be totally up to speed...but I believe the "blockade" has hampered drilling in the "ROF"...understand it was removed this week...so I am assuming that "UC"..and others will be able to get on with their drilling programs. Maybe someone else has more info on this but I understand the blockade issue..slowed everything down??
