UC RESOURCES ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

UC Resources Ltd. has agreed, subject to regulatory approval, to a non-brokered private placement to issue 870,000 common shares for proceeds of $87,000. There will be no warrants attached to the private placement and no finders' fees will be paid. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes.
