I re-read the NR on this pp and it says that the shares for the funds 'are to be issued'. So that could be sometime in the future; sooner or later I guess. But the answer to why at a premium is the defferal opportunity. Odds are this buyer believes that they can be above water on the settlement date. If ROF infrastructure announcement is immenent then maybe this is a good play and Jim maybe saying Hey, its 87k we can use. Think the NR could have been clearer on this. Anyway, imo, this is just another sigh that very positive things are coming for UC and/or the ROF in general in the very near future, likely before the end of June.
