good morning JMH: I forgot to mention that mining properties and land in mexico are being snapped up with 20,000 - 500,000 hect filings, Jim is bucking this trend and has to find valuable properties asap in order to further his plans, as I undertstand them.

At the moment, in the ROF things are not that volatile, and can be left to cook, so he is probably concentrating on Mexico. The filing and aquiring oportunities are now, not tomorrow. I believe that this is the best path at the moment.
