Please advise if there is presently or a future planned business relationship between UC and FMG. I understand that Jim is splitting travel expenses between the two when he travels to Mexico. Will this be reflected in the financials? When are the UC financials going to be published? Are they not due already? How closely should UC investors be relatiing Jim's activities with FMG having any relevance to the future of UC. As a UC investor I would like to understand how my investement in UC may be affected (improved/limited) by the amount of focus Jim is putting on FMG when he is in Mexico. Are there any potential conflicts of interest? Please advise. Thank you.
