I would like to comment on your Question.....My thoughts only......There is really no Business between the 2 Companies except Jim is Ceo of FMG and Prez. of UC.

This came about 5-6 years ago when UC Management started a company from seed and them the Past Management was GONE and did NOT even file our Numbers so we went off the TSX-V for a month I think, then Jim came a long and got us running again and also Took over for FMG.

Jim has been sharing the cost of Transportation for the 2 companies when he travels to Mexico. Basically

You must remember that UC has been struggling FinanciaLLY FOR a long time with P.P. for our Drilling and our 55% share in our J.V. in McFaulds; this has been a 6 million $$$ pain in our Butts for the last 3 years.....I know everyone was thinking....me too....that this was a great JV for us but as the Ring has been very Dormant for the last few years, no infrastructure, no Government in put yet and a long ways from any real present value...this a Great Mineral Area for Canada BUT... it is still in the Middle of Swamp & Bugs, Ice & snow and ofcourse ever present First Nation Concerns no infrastructure except for ice over lakes in the winter and a Air strip in the dry monthsd only.

I think us sharing Jin's Travel is GREAT less expenses for both Companies.
