...which, respectfully is exactly what the buyers hope for; losing faith. Place large asks at $.04 to shake the weak hands into selling at $.035, then add the ones they bought to the asks at $.04 to shake some more. If you have bought 200K-300K shares at $.035 and offer 100K at $04 you may get some more at $.035. HAPPENS every day and if they do luck out and sell a few at $.04 they make some spending cash.
