Sorry for this post and any confusion it caused. I guess I had a gray moment and got my Company/AGM dates mixed up.

Been reading a lot of proxy forms this month and I got the MTO and UC dates mixed up.

Note to self...you are getting spongy in the head, don't trust memory!!!...lol
