(Sorry for the previous incomplete post... a slight early morning fat-finger at work.)

I realize I am probably a little more in agreement with your posts than are others on this board, so it may sound a little biased to some here that I don't think your posts have been too far off target. You admitted that you may have missed something, and that you apologized in advance should you have missed something.

I respect your posts because they come from the heart as much as they come from the head.

The problem with many of the discussions on this board is that facts are sometimes over-ridden by optimism (or at least optimistic posts).

Mark sounds like a very well-spoken individual. I take him at his word that he is a long-time investor. However, I also take into consideration his lack of knowledge about such things as the Mid-South Feed deal. I don't know what his life is like, so maybe he hasn't been on any boards for a while (even as a casual observer). The fact is that MMMary has never post on Agoracom (at least that is my understanding) may suggest that he has read many posts on this board, although that is a little curious because most of the readers of the Nanopierce board eventually migrated here... and stayed until they either liquidated, or lost interest in the same old story. There have been a few extremist; however, their membership was cut short when rules of the board were violated. As with most things in life, it is all about experience and comfort.... as Mark posts more, I am sure posters will develop an understanding of both his knowledge of the company, and his objectivity. (For what it's worth... I find it hard to believe that any long time investor who has followed the company for any length of time wouldn't be more suspicious of claims by management which may, or may not, be overly optimistic.)

I visited the BioAgra website. I viewed the EquiForce brochure. I even took a look around to see if I could find the order entry area of the website that was referenced in the brochure. I couldn't find it. Did I miss it somewhere? (And I'm also curious about the horse feed addititive... something that was advertised to be part of the Mid-South feed deal.)

I know there's a lot of talk about ExypnoTech and Vyta's commercial involvement. I am encouraged, but, not really excited. With a 51% interest in this venture (is that correct?), and a six month income of $165k, and a float of millions of shares (plus options), when is it projected that ExypnoTech will begin to impact Vyta shareholder value? I don't want to minimize ExypnoTech's potential, nor do I want to overstate it.

I don't feel any pain about my losses. I learned a pretty important lesson. I think it's important, though, to balance the posts that tend to ignore the past performance of management with posts which highlight the importance of accountability and transparency.

I, for one would like to see your posts continue, PMB. I think it would be great, too, if some of the posters from the early days of this Agora forum would come back an post once in a while.
