It's good to see you back on the boards... even if it is only for a fleeting appearance.

I appreciate your comments regarding other posters. I respect Z... he has done his homework, and he presents his point of view well. Mark is a new acquaintance to most of us... it will take some time to get to know him.

What is so frustrating to me, and I believe to other longs who have stayed at arms-length from company deals, is that many of the optimistic posts are contributed by shareholders who have participated in private placements. I'm not saying that they all have, I just seem to remember that many of them have posted on this board that they have participated in these deals. I applaud their optimism; but, it makes me uncomfortable when so many past failures, and so much propaganda, are down-played in a way that would make it easier for a potential new investor to minimize his DD should this board be part of his DD.

Besides, the disagreements here shouldn't really be between investors. We should all be holding management's feet to the fire to not only present opportunities for future endeavors, but, more importantly (in my opinion), to be completely honest about prior plan failures.

Just for kicks over the weekend, I pulled out a box in which I had filed company brochures, shareholder letters, and print-outs of RB posts.... what a depressing way to spend an afternoon.
