Jeff,

I, too, believe an apology is in order. But, I suspect you will never offer it.

Have you actually read the recent 10Q or are you just responding to Geoff's post? Did you notice the improved financial condition of the Company or that expenses were cut dramatically?

Have you read the very recent Pew Report and the thoroughly researched work published by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health that explains the serious public health threat of using antibiotics with food animals and calls for an immediate ban on their continued use? Have you read the statements by the World Health Organization or the American Medical Association that call for an end to antibiotic use with food animals?

Are you aware that antibiotic manufacturers are acting threatened and have launched a public relations blitz proclaiming that all the hooplah about health risks is coming from "Professional hand-wringers?"

Are you aware of the many poultry companies that are currently putting AGRASTIM through rigorous testing to determine if it can successfully replace antibiotics in THEIR operation to confirm results from several independent trials that have already demonstrated AGRASTIM to be effective?

Have you read any of the many articles published by the poultry industry and the investor wires that have made it very clear that the US poultry industry is experiencing a severe crisis because of the high cost of grain and continued losses.

Do you have a clue about what is going on in this industry? Do you even care?

Do you speak regularly to Warren Robold, US and International Director of Sales for BIOAGRA? Do you have a clue how many product trials he has in progress, or what the potential impact of those trials - if successful - will be on sales? Have you asked him what a reasonable timeline is for market acceptance even with the current pressure on the market to abandon antibiotic use?

Have you talked to Paul since Intercell?

Have you spent even one minute of your time on this investment other than to show up here from time to time, pass gas, and leave?

Jeff, I have fully disclosed my position. I am is this for the money. I post here regularly, not because I don't have a life, but because I want others to know some of the things that I know about this company, our product, and current market conditions. I keep a blog of my due diligence and have made it available to anybody who cares. I want the value of my investment to go UP. I support the company and its activities. I believe we have tremendous potential here, and am doing everything within my power to help my investment become a success.

You, on the other hand, show up and rant about management whenever there is an upward movement in the share price that you can't explain. You see sinister motives and seem to think it is your solemn duty to caution existing or potential investors against what you believe are deliberate deceptions. You see being a "friend of the company" as an epithet. You are like a man who believes he has been wronged by his wife and leaves her, but vindictively refuses to speak to her or to grant a divorce. He goes to parties and turns every conversation to an opportunity to malign her. He just won't give it up and move on. Is it any wonder his old friends shun him at parties, and never call anymore?

Jeff, I don't expect you to change. You seem to thrive on your anger and bitterness. But, no one related to this investment owes you an apology. This is real life. Things change. Marriages fail, companies go belly up and sometimes stuff doesn't work out the way you hope they will.

Life is what we see when we look in the mirror.

You have every right to express your opinion here, and intelligent discussion is an important part of this forum. But, I can't for all that is dear, figure out why you don't sell out your remaining position, grant the divorce, and move on. I think your rants need to be seen for what they are - bitterness, anger, distrust and vindictiveness toward this company, its management, and anyone who does his due diligence and is reasonably enthusiastic about its prospects.

I doubt you'll ever apologize, even if our investment here proves to be wildly successful. You'll probably still be licking old wounds and thinking that somehow you got screwed - while those who supported the Company and believed in their due diligence are reaping the rewards of vision and investment in the future.

Jeff, I wish you the best, and hope that - if you keep your few remaining shares - they someday provide you the opportunity to, at the very least, recover your initial capital investment.
