Don't believe sales relate to options because even if options expire & must be exercised the exercise price is pennies compared to price of ARU of $8.

As Safe mentioned the insiders are probably going into a "quiet period" which probably relates to a possible financing &/or JV if ARU is to develop FDN on their own.

Who needs NYSE? All the majors know about FDN & we are planning on a takeover. Are you suggesting our guys are criminals?
