In my previous response, I explained that the conduct of the directors, the management, and the board of directors which may adversely affect shareholders, is primarily a matter of corporate statutory and common law. A lawyer with corporate and Ontario securities law expertise would be the best person to provide advice about remedies that may be available to you.

This helps us naught! It appears no further communication is forthcoming. I mistakenly thought we'd get advice as to whether or not an infraction occurred and how same is covered under the Securities laws. As we're stand now we could spend thousands on a Lawyer's efforts to investigate our accusations, their authenticity, then the Securities laws and how they apply to our complaints. Then advise we haven't got a case worthy of pursuing.

Why even have a Secs Commision if they can't or rather refuse to advise if, according to the Securities Laws, we've been wronged or not.

If we are confirmed according to the Secs Laws, we have been, then go the Lawyer route.

As it stands, we suspect we have been, we submit our grievances to the OSC and are advised there won't be any further communication. We're no bloody further ahead so why waste time submitting anything to them rather go directly to a Securities Lawyer.

I thought the OSC were there to help the Investor. Not so, we're not given one bit of guidance. They say it will be looked into. Would we be advised as to the outcome of their investigation? I guess not unless we read it in the paper when and if we live long enough for it to reach the
Courts. Then, even with the most learned Securities Lawyer representing us, chances of a conviction of any consequence are slim as after reading the next three posts, there are few Judges experienced in Securities Law.

The following posts re the way our Secs Agencies are operating with multi levels of Gov't that are all doing the same thing but separate meaning we're paying for duplicated investigations because they don't work together by sharing their findings.

Thx anyway Joltin for submitting the query on our behalf. It must have been discouraging to have received their reply.
