What I heard

1. If less than 90% must hold a shareholders meeting which means give notice, which means should be beyond end of Sep. & release of new mining laws & vote on Constit.

2. Based on 1. could be much better political climate for mining.

3. After K wins the vote you can still go thru a Court process to state your case for increased value based on 1.

4 Court would be a costly procedure.

5. You lose nothing by going thru #1. above to see what happens & then decide on 3. & 4.

Maybe if things look better you can get a lawyer on a contingency basis.
