The company whose shareholders were better than its management
This is why Sept 15th is so important ... and why Kinross tried to make this seem like a done deal in their press release. They don't want to move onto 2nd stage because Ecuador climate may be drastically different by that time, requiring much higher valuation.
Fight for September 15th. Everything else is irrelevant until then. We need to make sure they stay below 90%. If that can be accomplished, the balance of power shifts to the minority shareholders.
September 15 is ground zero. Fight for it.

Right now Kinross are buying every ARU share they can get their filthy stinking hands on.
What will help is those of you with spare investment capital using it to buy those floating shares.. as many as you can (to stop Kinross getting them) . If you dont have any spare money to invest just sit tight and don't do a thing!
DON'T TENDER THOSE PRECIOUS SHARES !
