The resorts have to protect themselves from lawsuits...and bad press about drowning tourists!!

You have your basic stupid tourists, who then saturates themselves with alcholic beverages by the pool...and then wander in to the Ocean! C-Ya!

But Fred, I was a surfer in my younger days and a good swimmer...this Ocean off the tip of Baja is weird! lots of different currents and winds formed by the swirling of them around this point of land...I wouldn't find the need to test myself in it when around the corner there are some of the best beaches in the world...great sand like you said!

Yes, I would go to Baja again....but the lest crowded conditions, and the seculsion of the Sunset resort, would make me want to stay there this time around....plus it is part of my time share resorts that I get great pricing at...
