There is MAJOR INSIDER TRADING GOING ON. Whoever just shorted BRVO knew this announcement (R/S) was coming out. And when 25-30 million shares were being dumped by JF last year, right after their ASM at the end of September, someone had a short position knowing what was coming.

THE SEC NEEDS TO STEP IN NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
