For Penny not to be informed was a good thing.  I don't beleieve this was an attack at all, more of a emotional panic dump and stop losses hit. From a lengthy discussion I had this morning, it has NOTHING to do with trying to srcrew shareholders and was the smartest and only move for them to make.  Not going to get in details but  suggest you make some calls and decide yourself. Added substantially myself already.
