just reeks of the typical penny stock scam,  do nothing, say nothing,dont file reports, dont answer the phone,  have suspect address, lawsuits.............

they say the reverse split is to give investors confidence because share price is low.   I say give your shares back and reduce the total share amount,  do your damm job and get reports done on time,  make some money and report income and then the share price will go up.

basically they want a higher share price without working and paying themselves to do it ! 

if you want a higher sp then get to work and run it like a real company, they have not done that, the resuts prove what I am saying is right.
