They did the same thing to Petrolifera early today. Increasing sp in early A.M., then massively reducing price and before any but the manipulators could do so, allow the price to recover. Such activity requires the complicity of the Specialist in order to succed. This sort of behavior is obvious collusion in effecting manipulation. Yet, we all know nary a peep will be heard from any of the Canadian Regulatory (pardon the oxymoron) officals. Truly Pathetic!!
