First of all, I hope you are a Connacher investor.

Again, you missed the point.

In all international tests, Alberta students outperform students from all other provinces and all of the American states as well.

You can look at the PISA tests or the TIMMIS tests to satisfy your curiosity. And, at the present time, Quebec is #2 and I believe B.C. is #3. Ontario has slipped over the last number of years.

In speaking with the Dean of the Engineering Faculty at the University of Alberta, he stated that Albertan students are by far more qualified to enter the Faculty of Engineering than students from other Canadian Provinces.
