My guess on share price is simple. The market SUCKS. The SP would be even lower had DG not released production rates, which I feel created a bottom on Monday. CLL business plan is SOUND, after all they got approval for POD2 and financing last year during a market meldown didn't they? The short position will ensure a low stock price until the U.S mess clears up..Congress will approve a bailout within the next 2 weeks, add excellent production numbers and pod 2 approval and Q3 due Nov14 SP should be back over $4 by December.
