Maybe DG could change tactics if he is somewhat convinced about a stabilization in oil price .If he gives the go ahead again for Algar with a short delay sp will recover soon .Just don't know what is best for weather conditions in that region for transport to site.I learned that access is better in winter time then in spring when ground becomes muddy .Is that so?
