Good article. I guess it must make sense to most, but it confuses me.

1. Holders stockpiling oil.
2. Reaching maximum capacity.
3. Once capacity reached, no more going into storage, more glut on the market.
4. More supply on the market, longer to price increase.
5. Once prices begin to increase, holders begin unloading their storage.
6. Unload of excess capacity dampens price increase.

Where is the spike in oil prices going to come from?
