I know that Resolute Performance Fund has been regularly purchasing Connacher from July, 2008 to January, 2009. The fund may have also been picking Connacher up sooner.

For those that wish to purchase the Resolute Performance Fund, it is only available to investors who initially invest $150,000 and make further investments of $25,000 or more per investment. At present the fund appears to have about $288 million in it.
