The acquisitions of the shares of Connacher Oil & Gas Limited referred to above were made in the ordinary course of the investment business of the Fund in accordance with its investment objectives and strategy. The Fund may at the discretion of Resolute Funds Limited from time to time acquire or dispose of, or alternatively maintain current holdings of, the common shares of Connacher Oil & Gas Limited. Although previous reports have indicated that Resolute Funds Limited was not investing in Connacher Oil & Gas Limited for the purpose of exercising control or discretion over that issuer, Resolute Funds Limited no longer makes such statement.
