Brian:
Your contempt for Gusella and his management is well documented, although in my opinion unwarranted.
As to Gusellas ability to manage and his honesty---
Due to the severe economic downturn the following has occurred. Investors who've been burned ( THE MAJORITY OF STOCKS ALL OVER THE WORLD COLLAPSED) are extremely reluctant to invest in smaller companies as they pose more risk. When they do invest, they research more carefully and expect an incentive to risk their money. This incentive is realized by discounted offerings as that ensures a higher probability of return on investment. Financial institution have seen their profits decimated, which of course resulted in their SP tanking ( RBC hit $25). These institutions tightened up their lending and imposed stricter conditions to those seeking financing...Now considering that the share offering and financing was successful it is pretty safe to assume that neither the investment, retail or the financial communities share your concerns about Gusella's ethics or management skills.
My question to you is rather simple.. IF you were in Gusellas shoes..WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
