I never said it was your responsibility, what I am saying is that you have obvious problems with the way management operates, which of course is perfectly fine. However in order to formulate these opinions,it would be a logical conclusion to assume that you would have an alternative vision. In order for an intelligent person such as yourself, to recognize a problem, either perceived or real, one must already have thought of possible solutions..All I'm asking is that you share your solutions.
