All is correct what you said. But I think this dicussion has transpired because management did not plan. There are companies that will survive even if oil goes to 40 for a long time. Why, because they have cash resevers, no debt or very litttle debt. And they played their cards. If the market stabs you in the back, does not matter how good your cards are, They will be the dead man's hands.

Now imagine if DG has the forsight to plan and raise money at $6 and had that cash , with hlaf of the shares and way less debt, Eveyone has a good hidsight. But those with forsight succeed. The same mistakes are repeated with PDP.

Ofcourse oil has future, but are you going to be around to cash from the this bright future is the issue are debating.
