I could live with a $1.50
Shareholder equity is $1.44 a share after debts paid and if reserves aren't included so $1.50 would more or less be a fire sale and more than likely would be a hostile takeover.
There's no reason for CLL to be driven down this low as current production oil prices, cash on hand and 100 million line of credit pretty buch means they'll have no problem meeting finincial commitments.
My guess is that with, according to Road Warior, institutional holdings around 41% money managers are driving down SP to shake retailers real hard then make a quick huge profit when a jv is announced.
