Hi Ludwig
I'm thinking that .54 was the bottom because I'm pretty sure if they could have gotten it lower they would have and also the close was closer to the open than the low..
This is a manipulated move . Notice SP was walked down on very low volume last week I'd have to agree with Jurek about the SP being driven down by TSX delisting ( I didn't see his earlier post on the subject as for some reason the post appeared on my pc but not my laptop).
Retailers have to be shaken in order for institutional holdings to increase. This is the 3rd time since the 2008 crash SP was driven down to these riduculously low prices with .54 being the lowest ever..TSX delisting was a trigger to get panic selling going.
there,s absolutely NO reason for this, the plant or refinery didn't explode, nobody died , nobody getting sued or major negative expose..
There is however, an opportunity for fund managers to make an extreme amount of money and get big fat bonuses...Think it's not being played with, Just last month sp was driven down to .68 then up to .88 in over 2-3 days.. Check the charts you'll see SP was driven down to these levels then it TRIPLED in the OCT/APR season
I don't see a buyout because if it was going to happen it would have in 2008 when SP hit .63 with 220 million shares and 800 million in the bank.
Share buy back,,again would have happened in 2008 when CLL had the cash and only 220 million shares at .63
What I do see is funds loading up as low as possible anticipating a hefty profit especially if JV is announced...
