I don't think they deliberately postponed the BFS. Much of it is out of their control as it depends on contractors getting their work done. Most engineering firms and contractors have been very busy this season handling other projects hence the delays not to mention the delays at the assay labs pushing back the timeline as well. IMHO, I think they were really pushing to have it out in Dec but now they realise it was unrealistic. My best guess for BFS would be late Jan/ early Feb now but they could surprise us all and have it out by mid-Jan.
