it could be that Teck buys other mines (as recently did)as well as cuu and offer percentage ownership deal to chinese or india in order to get financing from them and that way gets free ride and become much bigger player and chinese (india ?) get huge resources at the same time ,and as well they can sleep well for next 50 years....so now teck isjust looking at price options depending on cuu size which is becoming much larger then previosly thought
