Another company could buy our chunk of Schaft Creek but it would not be under the same agreement that we have with Teck, the two companies would decide terms if there even were to be an agreement.

I'm not clear what you are saying here. Both Teck and CUU are entitled to assign their rights to this Agreement, as long as they also bind the purchaser to the Agreement. In fact, the current agreement was between Salazar and Teck and was transferred to CUU.

So we can sell CUU/Schaft Creek with the full rights of the agreement in force that would allow the purchaser to benefit in the same way that we could with the financing arrangement should Teck back in for 75%.
