Nobody wants the contract more than Teck.

If by this you mean nobody wants to buy us out more than Teck, then yes.

This is why always calculating our value at 25% isn't entirely accurate. It may be 25% of the metals in the ground (assuming 75% earn-back) but that does not acknowledge the value in the contract, or the extra properties or the Liard shares.
