Why would CUU management even consider consolidation?

What would be the benefit for a Venture company with 60% (or there abouts) insider control to bother with consolidation?

So there is probably zero chance for consolidation before we find out what TECK decides with their options. After the decision by TECK, and depending what it will be, well that's for future discussion - or I should say SPECULATION.
