We should all keep in mimd that the inclusion of the silver could be used as a reason or pretext for delaying the RE. There are almost certainly negotiations going on behind the scenes and there is a good possibility that Teck will not want the RE to be released until the negotiations are complete or mostly complete. The question becomes, "Is the RE holding up the negotiations or are the negotiations holding up the RE?" That said I do guess that the RE to be released within the next 6 weeks or so, possibly in conjunction with a buyout announcement. Right now I believe the buyout negotiations are much more complex than the RE because of "Copper Fox II" and because of the mine plan, particularly the initial economics of the mine plan. Basically, a delay of a few days or weeks in the release of the RE might be good news in the sense that it might show that they are moving along in negotiations and believe they will be completed soon to everyone's satisfaction. It does appear now that "Copper Fox II" will be a significant part of the buyout ,however it turns out to be structured. Rip
