Of course they can offer less than the SP..

They can offer whatever they want to

I would be incredibly pissed off if the powers that be settle for the SP attained by the release of the RE..

That RE will again be a partial read on the area mineralization, hopefully with heavy indications of new potential findings....and will not refdlect any of the newer tenements that should add additional value

I know Elmer likes to keep it close to the chest, but that strikes me as a near nonsense statement
