"It does appear now that "Copper Fox II" will be a significant part of the buyout ,however it turns out to be structured."

No doubt there is some speculation here and I figure we are all speculating a good deal, but one must ask, what are all the extra land purchases for? The land inclusion/exclusion for the Teck back-in is not straight forward and as has been mentioned numbers of times now, CUU has started to more clearly define what's in the back-in agreement, and what isn't (and what is going to be offered).

Will there be a CUU 2.0? Depends what that means: 1) CUU continues its exploration after selling off its interest in Liard/Paramount 2) CUU gets a premium on buyout for all the extra's not included in the back-in.

My own opinion, the newly acquired lands must be worth more than what is currently being paid for them. Additionally, the plan/threat/whatever of drilling up the three targets plus Discovery Zone (=4 targets) ought to add some value. We'll see how much by the end of summer, or hopefully a good deal sooner.
