Thanks for your answer. Well EE, and most of the directors own millions of shares so I am thinking they would probably prefer a capital gain instead of a dividend. That may be a huge factor in a deal with Teck. If this get's bought out for b/n $4-5 per share my tax bit will be in the hundreds of thousands so I also would prefer to be taxed at the lower capital gain rate. How many here are also in this situation I wonder? :) :)
