Thanks for your answers. Receiving TCK shares would be the answer for many of us here as then we could sell them over a period of time to minimize taxes. Let's hope the deal happens that way - a combo of TCK shares and CUU-2 shares in a new company. IMHO that would make the most sense for both Teck and CUU.
