Tck has recently filed claim on 750 sq.km. of land between Schaft and Galore. I really don't think they would want someone else owning a ring of claims around Shaft.

the simplest solution is to buy CUU out completely, with an agreement for another joint venture with a new CUU to explore the land they and Elmer and Ernie have negitiated with similar conditions to the original Salazar agreement.

just for an example, 50 million shares at $1 each and offered to the existing shareholders before offering it to the general public.

Elmer would know exactly what he wanted and TCK likes his work.
